EcoKnights

EcoKnights was formed in 2006 as part of a collective effort to provide environmental outreach programmes for communities and industry players. It is a non-profit environmental organisation.EcoKnights' members and volunteers are made up of professional individuals with a great passion for the environment

Malaysian Nature Society

MNS is Malaysia’s largest and oldest non-government environmental organisation. 
 

Forest Reseach Institute Malaysia (FRIM)

The Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) founded in 1929 as the Forest Research Institute (FRI) was a department under the Forestry Headquarters Peninsular Malaysia. It was not until 1985, the Institute became a statutory body governed by the Malaysian Forestry Research and Development Board (MFRDB) under the then Ministry of Primary Industries. Later in 2004, FRIM was administered by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The Malaysia Vegetarian Society is a non-profit, non-religious society aimed at promoting the benefits of vegetarianism for our health, our environment and a more compassionate world.

 

 

Environmental Protection Agency Malaysia

EPSM has highlighted environmental problems through the mass media, made representation to government agencies, campaigned against polluters, undertaken surveys and studies, and contributed towards environmental education and awareness through talks, forums, seminars and its publication, Alam Sekitar

CETDEM

It is an independent, non-profit, training, research, consultancy, referral, and development organization, committed to improving environmental quality through the appropriate use of technology and sustainable development.

Free Tree Society

The Free Tree Society KL was started by a group of 7 like-minded women on the 21st May 2012.

This society  is based on very simple principles – take seeds, sprout them, look after the seedlings, then give away healthy little plants to the public for free.

HUTAN

HUTAN is a French Non-Governmental Organisation established on the 15th of January 1996. The primary aim of HUTAN is to study orang-utans in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo.

Malaysian Society of Waste Management and Environment

The Society is an  affiliation of individuals and organization dedicated to contribute towards the progress of waste management and environment.

World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) 
The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is an international non-governmental organization working on issues regarding theconservation, research and restoration of the environment.

350.org is building a global grassroots movement to solve the climate crisis.Our online campaigns, grassroots organizing, and mass public actions are led from the bottom up by thousands of volunteer organizers in over 188 countries.

 

United States Environment Protection Agency

an agency of the U.S. federal government which was created for the purpose of protecting human health and the environment by writing and enforcing regulations based on laws passed by Congress.

The Global Environment Centre (GEC) 

a non-profit, non-governmental organization which was established in 1998 to address key environmental issues of global importance such as climate change, biodiversity and water resources.

World Nature Organization (WNO)

The World Nature Organization (WNO) is dedicated to the protection of the environment at international level. Its main focus is on energy efficiency, climate protection, sustainable development and a sustainable energysupply.
